Qualifications for CRPF Recruitment
Citizenship: Applicants must be Indian citizens. Since positions are available according to State/UT, a candidate must submit their domicile and PRC for that State/UT.
Maximum age:
Constable (Driver): As on 01/08/2023, 21 to 30 years old. Candidates must have been born between January 1, 2002, and August 2, 1993.
Constables (other disciplines) : As of 01/08/2023, the age range is 18 to 26. Candidates cannot be older than 01/08/2005 or younger than 02/08/1997.
Age Relaxation: The age relaxation is listed below, per category.
5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC/MOBC; 3 years for ex-service personnel;
Candidates must have completed the 10th grade or an exam comparable from a board or university that is recognised.
