Age Restrictions: As of the last day applications were accepted, applicants must be at least 21 (twenty one) years old and no older than 30 (thirty). Only OBC individuals may apply for the position of Technical Assistant (Forestry), and according to government regulations, they will receive an age reduction of up to 3 (three) years.
Bachelor’s degree in science, or the equivalent, in the relevant field from an accredited university.
MTS, or multitasking staff

Age Requirements: As of the last day applications were accepted, applicants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and no older than 37 (thirty seven) years old (42 years for SC/STs and 40 years for OBCs).
Passing tenth grade from an accredited board.
Three or more years of experience in the field are preferred.
Application Fee: A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) is required to be made to the Union Bank of India’s Jorhat Branch’s Office Savings Bank Account No. 393102010059247 (IFSC Code: UBIN0539317) in the name of the Director of the ICFRE-Rain Forest Research Institute, Jorhat. A copy of the receipt for the application fee must be submitted with the application.
Female candidates and people with disabilities (PWD) are excluded from paying fees. Candidates from SC, ST, or OBC who are applying for open positions cannot take advantage of the fee relaxation policy.

Candidates must include copies of the following documents with their application:
(a) An age verification certificate.
(b) Academic credentials such as certificates or grade reports.
(c) A certificate in the appropriate format provided by the appropriate authority in support of a claim made by a person with a disability (for the position of MT S). If the certificate is written in a local language other than English, an English translation must be submitted.
(d) A certificate substantiating the application for an age relaxation or fee reduction, as appropriate.
(e) OBC applicants who wish to be considered for a reserved position must submit a current Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by an appropriate authority.

The deadline to submit an application is July 19, 2023.
The deadline for receiving applications for candidates from Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands is August 4, 2023.
